Nikon Webcam Utility. The Nikon Webcam Utility lets you easily use your compatible Nikon digital.

About the Wireless Transmitter Utility. Use the Wireless Transmitter Utility to adjust network settings and the like for WT-7, WT-6, WT-5, and WT-4 wireless transmitters, UT-1 communications units, and cameras with built-in Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet.

This notice is provided to inform users of SnapBridge, SnapBridge 360/170, and/or the Wireless Mobile Utility (WMU), all Nikon apps for smart devices, of the results of compatibility testing with Apple’s iOS 13.

We have confirmed that the issues described below occur with SnapBridge and SnapBridge 360/170.
We are currently looking into means of resolving these issues. We will inform users once those means have been determined.

When attempting to pair the smart device with a camera, an error indicating that pairing has failed is displayed, and pairing cannot be completed
Applicable products: COOLPIX A1000, A300, B600, B500, W150, W100, KeyMission 80, KeyMission 170

Nikon Wmu Application

Wi-Fi connection is unexpectedly terminated approximately 10 seconds after it is established:
Applicable products: Z 7, Z 6, D850, D500, D7500, D5600, COOLPIX P1000, A1000, A900, A300, B700, B600, B500, W300, W150, W100
KeyMission 80

The app sometimes quits unexpectedly while auto download is in progress
Applicable products: Z 7, Z 6, D850, D500, D7500, D5600, D3500, D3400, COOLPIX P1000, A1000, A900, A300, B700, B600, B500, W300, W150, W100, KeyMission 80, KeyMission 170, KeyMission 360

A Wi-Fi connection cannot be established if the app is not allowed to use location data

The following dialog is displayed after the device and camera are successfully paired
Applicable products: Z 7, Z 6, D850, D500, D7500, D5600, D3500, D3400, COOLPIX A900, B700

Nikon Wmu App For Android

*Should this occur, tap Cancel or Pair to close the dialog. The device and camera have been successfully paired regardless of which button is tapped.
Compatibility testing for the Wireless Mobile Utility (WMU) is ongoing, but we have yet to discover any compatibility issues.
*Lists of applicable products include those that are not available in some countries or regions.
